We're looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented Automotive Service Advisor with a minimum of three (3) years sales experience to join our team, enhance our client experience and keep our New Westminster operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and assist them with their service needs.
-Create repair orders.
-Explain services and repairs in an understandable and friendly manner.
-Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
-Manage scheduling, billing, and follow-up.
Requirements:
-A minimum of three (3) years sales experience working
-Proven experience in customer service; automotive knowledge is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
-Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask effectively.
