Job Summary
Alizaf Care is seeking a Healthcare Technology & Operations Coordinator to support and improve the digital and administrative systems that drive daily operations. This role works closely with management to coordinate workflows, maintain operational systems, support reporting and scheduling processes, and contribute to digital improvement initiatives that enhance the delivery of quality homecare services.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and an interest in healthcare operations and digital transformation.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support
- Coordinate and maintain digital systems and administrative workflows.
- Support scheduling processes, staff coordination systems, onboarding documentation, and operational tracking.
- Assist management with day-to-day operational activities.
Digital Systems Management
- Maintain company forms, spreadsheets, records, and online administrative tools.
- Support website updates and digital communication platforms.
- Ensure digital records are organized and maintained accurately.
Process Improvement
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
- Support initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and service delivery.
- Participate in digital transformation and modernization projects.
Reporting and Data Management
- Organize and maintain operational data and reporting systems.
- Prepare internal reports and tracking tools to support decision-making.
- Ensure information accuracy and confidentiality.
Technical Support
- Provide basic support and troubleshooting for operational software and digital tools.
- Assist staff with technology-related issues and system usage.
- Support implementation of new technologies and processes.
Qualifications
Diploma or post-secondary education in:
- Software Engineering Technology
- Health Informatics
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Healthcare Administration
- Or a related field
Experience
- Experience supporting digital systems, administrative operations, or technology coordination.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with spreadsheets and digital documentation systems.
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms, workflow tools, or operational systems.
- Ability to organize digital records and maintain structured processes.
- Understanding of administrative coordination and workflow support.
