Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Korean beauty and enjoys helping customers find products that suit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with skincare and makeup products
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and proper usage, including new arrivals and bestsellers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk at all times
- Accurately handle POS transactions, including cash and card payments
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory organization as needed
- Support in-store events, promotions, and special campaigns
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive and welcoming shopping experience
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Korean beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
- Previous retail or beauty-related experience is an asset, but not required
- Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
