Position Overview
Meadowvale Ford is looking for a reliable and motivated Automotive Lot Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient dealership and off-site lots while ensuring vehicles are properly staged and ready for customers, the Sales Department, and the Service Department.
This position requires someone who is dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, works well with others and takes pride in presenting vehicles and the dealership in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain new and pre-owned vehicle inventory on the dealership lot
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership property
- Assisting with receiving new vehicle deliveries and inventory organization
- Assisting with lease return drop offs (move vehicles as they are returned and record current KMS for Leasing Manager)
- Prepare vehicles for showroom display
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly parked
- Transport vehicles between lots as needed
- Keep the dealership lot, customer parking areas, and vehicle displays clean and organized
- Perform regular lot inspections and report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns
- Assist the Sales and Service Departments with daily vehicle movement and other related duties
Mandatory Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a wide variety of vehicles
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Basic automotive knowledge

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
