Faro Bartender - PM Shift
The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of Faro's bar. This includes preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, processing orders accurately, and responding promptly to guest requests to create a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
This position is for the PM shift, five days a week, and requires open availability, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide all guests with consistent service
- Pour beer, wine and cocktails for guests
- Motivate and engage team members to consistently deliver the best possible service
- Actively lead by example
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and courteously
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-years bartending experience in a similar environment
- Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices and techniques
- Exceptional conflict resolution and objection handling skills.
