Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Assist clients with hair styling services, including consultations and executing various styles
- Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, tools, and ensuring a hygienic environment
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business revenue
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
- Support team members with daily operations to ensure smooth salon flow and client satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk operations is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Ability to upsell products or services tactfully to enhance the client experience
- Experience working in a retail or salon environment will be advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate
- A friendly attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role
Pay: $3,400.00-$6,500.00 per month
