About the Role
Fix Auto Downtown is seeking a positive, enthusiastic team player to join us as a Customer Service Representative / Intake Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
As the first point of contact, you'll represent our brand by ensuring every customer receives a professional, welcoming, and transparent experience from vehicle intake through delivery.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through the repair process from vehicle drop-off to pickup.
- Perform vehicle walk-arounds, identify related and unrelated damage, complete intake documentation, and take detailed photos.
- Clearly communicate repair timelines, expectations, and next steps to customers.
- Manage appointments in a high-volume collision repair environment while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare intake and delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with production managers, technicians, and estimators to keep repairs on schedule.
- Communicate with insurance partners using various digital platforms and communication tools.
- Process customer payments.
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the team.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
