Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
We Provide commercial and residential landscape services, we pride ourselves on a reputation based on exceptional quality workmanship with an emphasis on customer care. We specialize in full landscape installations- tackling projects large or small, from design to installation and beyond.
About the role:
This is a role in hardscape and landscape construction.
We are currently seeking experienced hardscapers for our growing company! We are looking for people with experience in landscape installations, paver install, brick layers, anyone with landscape construction experience and possibly the ability to run sites as the crew foreman.
What we require from you:

- A driver's license who are comfortable driving pickup trucks. A license is not mandatory but is preferred.
- Ability to drive trailer, 10-14ft is a plus
- Experience with landscape construction: 2 years, experience
- Preferably proficient in multiple aspects of the industry(But we're willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to learn quickly and follow directions.
- Reliability & time management skills.
- Efficiency & strong work ethic.
- Positive can do attitude.
- Constantly improving/Learning.
- Integrity, Confidence and Humble
- Experience driving excavators and skid steers and other equipment
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools to construct and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Collaborate with team members to estimate project costs and timelines.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to landscape maintenance standards.

Salary: $28.00-$36.00 per hour
