The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting customers, quotes, parts/service requests, follow-ups, supplier coordination, and account support. This is not a typical call centre or basic customer service role. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, following up, and learning the business from the inside.
The long-term goal is to develop this person into a stronger sales role, with a potential path into outside sales / business development within 1-2 years.

Respond to customer emails, calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare and follow up on quotes for parts, service requests, and customer needs.

Gather the correct information needed for accurate quotes, including part details, machine/application information, pricing, availability, and lead times.

Source parts and components from suppliers, confirming pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

Follow up on open quotes to ensure nothing goes cold.

Convert warm customer inquiries into orders where possible.

Escalate larger or more technical opportunities to leadership or the technical team.

Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.

Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to keep orders and requests moving.

Build strong relationships with customers by being responsive, reliable, and solutions-focused.

Support customer check-ins and help identify new opportunities.

Learn the technical and commercial side of the business with the goal of growing into outside sales/business development.

2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, order desk, quoting, parts coordination, service coordination, or a similar role.

Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, construction supply, equipment, parts, service, or technical environment is preferred.

Strong communication skills over email and phone.

Comfortable following up with customers and asking for the order.

Strong organization and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple open quotes, customer requests, and follow-ups at once.

Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an asset.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Mechanically curious and willing to learn technical products.

Ambitious, coachable, and interested in growing into sales long-term.

Strong customer-first mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
The ideal candidate is coming from an inside sales, sales support, customer service, order desk, parts/service, or quotations background where they have handled customer inquiries, pricing, quotes, order follow-up, supplier/vendor communication, and customer updates.
They do not need to know shot blast equipment on day one, but they should be eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and motivated by the opportunity to grow into a more sales-focused role.

2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, order desk, quotations, parts coordination, service coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.

Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, parts, construction supply, or technical environment is strongly preferred.

Strong ability to manage customer inquiries, quotes, pricing, order follow-ups, and open requests without letting things fall through the cracks.

Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email, asking the right questions, and following up professionally.

Strong attention to detail when handling pricing, part numbers, order details, lead times, availability, and customer updates.

Experience working with CRM or ERP systems; Salesforce, CETEC, SAP, or similar platforms are an asset.

Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

A customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm, organized, and responsive in a fast-moving environment.
