Production Worker

Supply Base is a growing manufacturing company committed to producing quality products while maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented workplace. We're looking for dependable Production Workers who are ready to work hard, learn new skills, and become an important part of our team.
This role involves repetitive production work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for individuals who take pride in producing quality work, have excellent attention to detail, and can maintain consistency throughout the day.
What You'll Do
· Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks.
· Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
· Assemble products according to company standards and work instructions.
· Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
· Package and prepare products for shipment.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Follow all safety policies and procedures.
· Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals.
What We're Looking For
· Manufacturing or production experience is an asset but not required.
· Comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
· Able to stand for extended periods.
· Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Strong attention to detail and quality.
· Reliable with excellent attendance.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
