KOSCONSTRUCTION INC. is looking for an experienced Sales Estimator to join our team in Calgary.
We are looking for someone with experience in residential construction or renovations who can meet with clients, understand the scope of work, and prepare accurate quotes and estimates for basement renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients
- Review project requirements and take measurements
- Prepare complete and accurate estimates/quotes
- Calculate labour, materials and other project costs
- Present quotes to clients and answer project-related questions
- Follow up with clients and help close projects
Requirements:
- Experience in residential construction or renovations
- Experience preparing construction estimates and quotes
- Good understanding of basement renovation projects
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s licence.
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2P 0S4
