TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Northern/Central Saskatchewan)

This is an opportunity to join a growth-focused global agricultural products company as it executes on a significant growth strategy in Canada. The Technical Sales Rep will further develop and grow the organization’s brands in Northern and Central Saskatchewan by developing and managing relationships at the local level.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Rep will be expected to develop effective sales and distribution strategies designed to achieve sales targets in the Northern/Central Saskatchewan market. Emphasis is placed on developing key long-term relationships with retailers and distribution partners, producers and others in growing the organization’s market position.
As a technical sales professional responsible for the generation of revenue and profitability in the territory, the Technical Sales Rep is required to understand Belchim’s value proposition and to demonstrate technical knowledge of the product portfolio of synthetic chemistry, biologicals, and biorationals. This includes providing technical guidance and practical solutions to customers to ensure effective product use in key crops. In addition to retail sales calls, the Technical Sales Rep will engage in on-farm visits and product demonstrations of Belchim’s crop protection products and solutions.
