Job Overview
We are seeking to hire a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic shisha team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. This role requires strong communication skills, efficiency in serving, and the ability to manage multiple tables with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, prompt service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems
- Be able to make shisha and learn different flavours (training will be provided)
- Serve shisha and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables while providing excellent guest service
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 19 years or older to qualify as this is a smoking environment
There is flexibility in your shift to Either work afternoon shift starting at 11am or evening shift starting at 6pm.
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
