Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for a Client Success Manager to support and grow relationships with property insurance clients. At the core, you enjoy working with clients. You like building relationships, understanding the problems they're trying to solve, and helping them get meaningful value from the products they use.
You may have early experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or within the P&C insurance ecosystem. Deep insurance expertise is not required, but curiosity and a willingness to quickly learn insurance workflows, analytics, and our products are essential.
You are organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders. You're excited to grow into a trusted, strategic partner to your clients over time.
The OpportunityWhat You Bring to the ZestyAI Team
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Success, account management, consulting, or direct experience within the P&C insurance ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working directly with clients
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and usage trends
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curiosity about insurance workflows, analytics, and technology
- Comfort working in a high-growth, collaborative environment
- Curiosity and comfort using AI tools to automate routine work, improve efficiency, and make your day-to-day more effective
