Key qualifications they're looking for

Skid steer operating experience (required)
- Forklift operating experience (asset)
- Experience in manufacturing or production
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility for overtime
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Main responsibilities

Operate a skid steer and forklift
- Unload trailers and move tires throughout the facility
- Feed materials into production hoppers
- Complete pre-start inspections and production reports
- Perform basic equipment troubleshooting
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Support other operators as needed
