What You'll Do
As a Service Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting both our customers and our service operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing customer shuttle services

Performing basic vehicle maintenance, including oil changes
-
Mounting and balancing tires and performing tire rotations as required

Delivering and picking up parts
-
Assisting with shop organization and cleanliness
-
Supporting technicians and service staff with daily operations
-
Learning dealership processes and service department fundamentals

Ideal Requirements

Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen and use tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers.

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems are preferred.

Excellent teamwork skills to work effectively with technicians and other employees within the department and dealership.
