At the farm, you aren't just a staff member; you’re a partner in adventure. Your day might include:
- Home Sweet Home: Supporting residents in our on-site farmhouse with daily living, personal care, and keeping the hearth fires burning (metaphorically!).
- Day Program Fun: Leading activities for our day-program visitors—from greenhouse gardening and animal care to crafts and community outings.
- Cultivating Independence: Helping individuals learn new skills, whether that's baking a loaf of bread or tending to the garden.
