Busy, top producing Newmarket Realtor hiring for a full or part time Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of experience with real estate or a fully licensed agent.
MUST have experience with Adding/Editing Listings on TRREB as well as creating listing paperwork and all offer related documents in Webforms. Working knowledge of BrokerBay is also an asset.
Required skills include high energy, professional appearance, reliability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, initiative, strong social media and marketing skills, creativity, time management and the ability to function effectively with minimal supervision.
Duties will also include CRM management, creating social media content and marketing materials, interacting with Clients and Lawyers, schedule management, itemizing expenses and basic book keeping.
Hourly wage is flexible depending on experience and qualifications.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
