A-1 Towing is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our team as Full time Vehicle Detailing and Dispatching Position with Minimum Class 5 driver license. This position is split between two roles, providing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Vehicle Detailing (Full-Time):
- Wash the exterior of light-duty and heavy-duty trucks.
- Clean and detail vehicle interiors.
- Washing of under carriage.
- Keep trucks clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Dispatching (Part-Time):
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Dispatch light-duty and heavy-duty tow trucks.
- Communicate with drivers and customers.
- Enter job information accurately into the dispatch system.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Valid driver's license is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous dispatching or detailing experience is an asset but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
