Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, families, and community members. You will provide friendly, professional, and timely support while helping individuals access information, resolve questions, and navigate available services.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information and support in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist clients with questions, requests, and general service information
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow established procedures while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Protect confidential customer information and follow privacy guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, administration, or a related field is an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online communication tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude
