Scope of Work
Our projects include:
- Epoxy flooring systems
- Polished concrete
- Self-levelling underlayments
- Concrete patching and repairs
- Grouting
- Concrete resurfacing
- Surface preparation and grinding
Responsibilities
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50–60 lbs.
- Operate construction equipment and power tools, including hand grinders and concrete polishing grinders.
- Assist with floor preparation, installation, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and site requirements.
- Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with epoxy flooring, polished concrete, self-levelling, patching, grouting, or resurfacing is an asset.
- Freshers and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Able to work at various construction sites across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver, Squamish, Chilliwack.
Job Requirement
- Must be able to maintain a clean-shaven face when required to comply with site safety and respirator-fit requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive wages based on experience.
- 4% vacation pay.
- Eligible for statutory holiday pay after one month of employment, in accordance with company policy and applicable employment standards.
- Overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard 8-hour workday, where applicable.
