Qualifictions: (education, skills, licenses)
· Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience OR hospitality/hotel management education
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Comfortable working independently and managing overnight responsibilities
· Detail-oriented with basic accounting or math skills
· Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred
· Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
· First Aid, WHIMIS (GHS), Smart Serve.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
· Perform nightly audit of daily transactions and prepare all reports
· Balance and verify hotel records to ensure accuracy
· Monitor the property for security and safety overnight
· Maintain a cleaning and organized front desk as well hotel area
· Set up breakfast in the morning
· Answering Phone calls and directing calls to guests, Any other duties requested by Managers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
