Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food prep zones, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver efficient service without compromising quality
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume hours
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and basic food safety standards
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, cash handling, and inventory purposes
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving or hospitality is highly desirable
- Capable of working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: $17.60-$40.35 per hour
