Victoria Clear View Window Cleaning is a growing residential window cleaning company looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team. No previous window cleaning experience is required — we provide full training.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in delivering high-quality work.
What You'll Do
- Clean exterior and interior windows at residential properties
- Operate professional window cleaning equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Compensation
This role is primarily commission-based and rewards efficiency and high-quality work.
- Earn 30% of the job value OR $20/hour while on the job site, whichever is greater
- Average earnings are typically $25–$30+ per hour
- Top performers have the opportunity to earn more through increased efficiency and productivity
