Experienced Flat Roofer – SBS Roofing

Job Overview
Faber Work is currently hiring experienced Flat Roofers for projects throughout Rocky View County and the surrounding area.
The successful candidates will have at least one year of hands-on flat roofing installation experience, particularly with SBS roofing systems. This position involves physically demanding outdoor work and travel between multiple job sites.
Responsibilities
- Install SBS flat roofing membranes and roofing systems
- Complete membrane installation, flashing, roofing details, and repair work
- Inspect and prepare roof surfaces before installation
- Measure, cut, position, and secure roofing materials
- Lift and transport heavy roofing materials and equipment
- Follow site-specific instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely in changing outdoor weather conditions
Requirements
- Minimum one year of flat roofing installation experience
- Previous experience installing SBS roofing systems
- Strong understanding of roofing details, flashing, membrane installation, and repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence to travel between job sites
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a crew
Required PPE
Workers must provide:
- Steel-toed work boots
- Type 2 hard hat with chin strap
- High-visibility safety vest
- Work gloves
- Safety glasses or other approved eye protection
