Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product specifications, especially in technology-related items
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support inventory management and merchandising efforts to enhance store presentation
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and fostering a positive shopping environment
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are a plus, especially for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills required
- Ability to demonstrate products through demos and explain technical features clearly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation essential
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
- Ability to work full-time hours with flexibility for shifts as needed
