Top Pay for Top Talent:
We pay for performance and experience — and with bonuses, it shows up fast:
- Jr Mover: $20/hour base → ~$21.50/hour average with bonuses
- Sr Mover: $22.50/hour base → ~$24/hour average with bonuses
- Crew Chief: $25/hour base → ~$26.50/hour average with bonuses
- Senior Crew Chief: $26–$27/hour base → ~$27.50–$28.50/hour average with bonuses
