Responsibilities will include areas in:
- Operations - systems implementation.
- Staff supervision, scheduling, training and development.
- Customer experience.
- Financial acumen/ software implementation - sales, forecasting, budgeting and profitability.
- Inventory control, vendor relationships, purchasing and receiving supplies.
- Implement health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with ownership to set and achieve business goals and objectives.
- Participate in marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8 - 10 years in a managerial role within the food service/hospitality industry (cafe, restaurant setting).
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Social and friendly with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Primarily a daytime position but must be flexible to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.
Note: Pay rate is negotiable and highly dependent on the candidate’s experience, qualifications and contribution to the business.
