HVAC Service Technician

We are a fast-growing residential HVAC company serving Uxbridge, Durham Region, York Region, and the GTA. Our mission is to raise the standard of the HVAC industry through honest recommendations, high-quality workmanship, and long-term customer relationships.
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is excited to grow both technically and professionally while learning proven customer service and communication systems through the Blue Collar Success Group methods and the “12 Steps to the Ultimate Client Experience.”
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductless systems, fireplaces, water heaters, and IAQ products
- Perform detailed inspections, combustion analysis, and system testing
- Educate homeowners on system condition, repair options, and long-term solutions
- Present repair and replacement options professionally and ethically
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
- Complete digital inspection forms, estimates, and service documentation thoroughly
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance
- Participate in weekly training, ride-alongs, and team development meetings
- Work closely with dispatch, management, and installation teams to create a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking ForRequired
- G2 Gas License
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Professional communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
