Mobility Plus Chiropractic is looking for an experienced part-time MVA / HCAI Billing Administrator to support our clinic with motor vehicle accident billing.
This is a remote position for someone who already understands the MVA billing process, HCAI, extended health coordination, and ideally WSIB billing as well. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and confident managing the administrative side of MVA claims.
This role is currently a few hours per week and would be ideal for someone with previous experience working in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Managing and submitting MVA billing through HCAI
- Preparing and submitting OCF forms as needed
- Tracking approvals, denials, balances, and insurer communication
- Following up on outstanding MVA payments
- Coordinating with clinic admin and practitioners when information is needed
- Helping ensure MVA files are organized, accurate, and up to date
- Assisting with WSIB billing and documentation if experienced
- Maintaining clear communication with the clinic team
- Ensuring billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Previous experience with HCAI billing is required
- Previous experience with MVA claims and OCF forms is required
- Experience in a chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, rehab, or multidisciplinary clinic is strongly preferred
- WSIB billing experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow up consistently
- Professional communication skills
- Experience with Jane App is an asset but not required
