About the Role:
ENVO is looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and improve our warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and reverse-logistics operations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a small or mid-sized business, where managers are expected to both build systems and work directly with the team to execute them.
A key part of this position is improving how inventory and operational information flows through the business. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with ERP systems, Zoho Inventory, Zoho applications, barcode and serial-number tracking, inventory management tools, reporting, and process automation.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of an existing operation, identify gaps, implement practical systems, develop SOPs, and continuously improve inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, order fulfillment, traceability, logistics costs, and returns management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packaging, inventory control, and shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including team management, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and efficient workforce.
- Oversee supply chain processes, including purchasing, procurement, and coordination with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to streamline distribution channels.
- Taking care of the reverse logistics and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain clear segregation and traceability of sellable, refurbished, repairable, warranty, damaged, quarantined, and scrap inventory.
- Implement and maintain effective SKU, bin-location, barcode, serial-number, lot, and inventory-tracking systems.
- Establish cycle-counting and physical-inventory procedures.
- Implement process improvements utilizing ERP systems such as Zoho to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate data analysis and reporting on warehouse activities using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer skills to support decision-making.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation across Canada, the U.S., and international markets.
- Work with couriers, freight carriers, customs brokers, suppliers, and 3PL providers.
- Coordinate parcel, LTL, FTL, container, and international shipments as required.
- Compare freight options and manage transportation costs.
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, checklists, and warehouse workflows
- Ensure inventory availability, receiving schedules, order priorities, returns, and shipment requirements are communicated accurately across departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations by managing heavy lifting protocols, forklift operations, and warehouse safety standards.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve delivery issues promptly and improve overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Previous warehouse or logistics management experience.
- Experience working in a small or mid-sized business environment.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or significantly improving an ERP-based inventory management system.
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar inventory/ERP software.
- Experience with barcode systems, serial-number tracking, warehouse locations, and inventory-control processes.
- Strong understanding of receiving, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and reverse-logistics workflows.
- Experience working with freight carriers, couriers, customs brokers, and logistics providers.
- Experience developing SOPs and converting informal processes into repeatable systems.
- Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills and comfort working with operational data.
- Experience building or using reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from problem identification through implementation.
- Comfortable working both at the management/system level and directly on the warehouse floor.

Pay: $65.00-$85.00 per year
