Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and caring Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to support Infants, toddlers and preschoolers in their developmental journey. The ideal candidate is committed to providing a warm, stimulating, and Childcare & Montessori-aligned learning environment that encourages growth across all developmental domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programsfor our Infant to Preschool classrooms
- Observe, document, and assess children’s progress to inform individualized learning experiences.
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with families about children’s milestones and daily activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and Little Sages Montessori policies.
Qualifications:
- Current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE).
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience and knowledge of working with Infant - Preschool Ages
- Familiarity with Montessori pedagogy (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First Aid and CPR certification Level C
- Vulnerable Police Check

Pay: $26.00-$27.00 per hour
