Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver specializing in Flatbed operations to join our team. This role involves safely transporting freight across various routes while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, experience with heavy equipment, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Duties
- Professionalism in customer service
- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform brake adjustments
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
Requirements
- AZ class license
- Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration (CVOR) Certificate & Drivers Abstract (MVR)
- Letter of Experience from prior Insurer(s)
- Letter of Experience from prior Employer(s)
- Air Brakes Endorsement
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

- Accident or incident reports
- Bill of lading
- Drivers logbook
- Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post trip)
- Maintenance and repair reports
- Trip reports
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
