Responsibilities:
● Design and creation of PLC logic including hardware selection
● Design and creation of HMI displays including hardware selection
● Programming and selection of drives and other control components
● Some SCADA and DCS programming and support
● Design hardwire electrical circuits including
○ Load calculations
○ Component sizing & selection
○
● Produce electrical schematics
● Work in conjunction with panel shop on panel layout and design
● Work with the design group to conceptualize builds for proposals
● Technical support for field technicians
● Assist with internal IT initiatives
● Prepare project documentation including
○ Operations manuals
○ Project bid documents
● Prepare and submit documentation for permits
● Work with procurement group to:
○ Source vendors for components & software
○ Obtain pricing for components & software as part of the bid process
○ Assist with product substitutions and alternatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
