Enviro Surface Removers is hiring a hands-on Supervisor Trainee to join our team. We specialize in interior demolition, dustless floor removal, and concrete grinding for renovation contractors, flooring stores, and residential/commercial clients across Alberta. What you’ll do
- Work hands-on with interior demolition, floor removal, and concrete grinding
- Operate dustless equipment (training provided)
- Help lead job sites: quality control, job flow, safety, cleanup
- Load/unload tools and materials, keep work areas organized
- Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
What we’re looking for
- Valid driver’s license + your own vehicle to get to work (required)
- Strong work ethic, punctual, dependable, good attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with construction sites
- Related construction/demo experience preferred
- Interest in stepping up into a supervisor role
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
