About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to support a confidential Health Risk Screening and Biometric Screening assignment in the Dieppe/Moncton area.
This is a short-term clinical assignment involving health and biometric screening activities. Candidates must be available for all four days of the assignment, including mandatory in-person training.
RPN candidates are welcome to apply and are preferred; however, they must be strong, confident clinicians who are comfortable working independently and interacting directly with participants.

Day 0 – Mandatory Training

- 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Dieppe, NB
Shift details are subject to final confirmation. The assignment is currently expected to involve approximately 7-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, except for the extended Day 3 schedule.
An additional screening location may potentially be added and will be confirmed if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct biometric and health risk screening activities for participants.
- Take and record vital signs accurately.
- Perform finger-prick blood sampling as required.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with participants.
- Answer basic health-related questions and provide appropriate guidance within scope of practice.
- Follow established screening protocols, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Accurately document screening results and participant information.
- Maintain a professional, confidential, and participant-focused environment.
- Work collaboratively with other clinicians and support staff throughout the assignment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current RN or RPN registration in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Comfortable taking vital signs and performing finger-prick blood sampling.
- Confident interacting with participants and consulting with individuals regarding the screening process.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a clinical team.
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced screening environment.
- Previous experience in occupational health, health screening, community health, wellness clinics, or similar settings is considered an asset.
Important Availability Requirement
Candidates must be available for the entire four-day assignment, including mandatory training on October 5.
We are looking for 4 primary clinicians, along with 1 additional clinician who can serve as a backup/on-call resource.
Pay: $40.00-$54.00 per hour
