Welcome to the 43 North restaurant group. We are proud to be one the largest hospitality employers in the Niagara region; managing a variety of culinary experiences from full- service dining, quick-service, corporate events, on and off-site catering as well as tours. We are now looking for experienced and energetic Line Cook at our Commercial Roadhouse location
This includes executing a high level of food & beverage, driving sales and profitability, building a strong workplace culture and growing a team, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to specs and all H&S standards.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to uphold all brand standards
- Versed in food safety and WHMIS
- Able to Motivate and grow a team while aligning the team on the needs of the business
- Maintain a positive outlook at all times, even when under pressure
- 1 year cooking experience in casual dinning
