We currently have an opening for an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our HVAC Residential Sales team as a HVAC Sales Rep.
Responsibilities:
- Sales prospecting, cold/warm calling, and engaging with new prospects.
- Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners to assess their comfort needs and recommend suitable solutions (e.g., furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, water heaters, water treatment systems).
- Carry out sales activities to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
- Generate and follow up on the sales leads;
- Support senior sales staff while gradually building an independent sales portfolio
- Build and develop long term relationships with clients, as well as always be in touch with clients.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years of customer service or sales experience (residential B2C preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin is required
- Passion on SALES and the construction industry
- Strong verbal communication proficiency required
- Must have your own vehicle and valid driving license to travel locally
- Customer oriented, punctual, excellent communication skills, good troubleshooting skills
