Job Overview
We are seeking two dedicated Full Time Lot Attendants to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance and organization of our dealership lot, ensuring a positive experience for customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Previous dealership experience and guest service skills are a plus, but we value a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills above all. Must have a valid BC drivers license.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the overall cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including parking areas and display spaces
- Maintain the appearance of vehicles on the lot, including washing, cleaning, and detailing when necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lot activities and ensure smooth operations
- Support other dealership functions such as inventory management or light maintenance tasks as assigned and other tasks to support sales and service
- Move vehicles between our dealership network, including parking, gassing, and prepping vehicles for deliveries
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license is required for vehicle movement duties
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends, in a dynamic environment
There are two positions that we need to fill, each with a different schedule.
Schedule 1: Must be able to work 8:30am to 5pm on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and two other weekdays (your choice).
Schedule 2: Full time hours, flexible on schedule.
Full health benefits after 3 months probation period for full time employees.
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
