We are expanding our team and are currently looking for HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge team members for:
FULL-TIME security concierge roles.
Must be available for evening and overnight work
Schedule - Afternoon 2pm to 10pm OR 5pm to 1am
Option 1 Wednesday to Sunday
Option 2 Friday to Tuesday
Duties:
- Conduct regular proactive patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of tenants, customers, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain a highly visible security presence throughout common areas, parking lots, walkways, loading zones, and other exterior and interior public spaces.
- Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, vandalism, theft, and unauthorized access, taking appropriate action when required.
- Utilize security software and mobile devices to scan designated checkpoints, document patrols, and capture photographic evidence as needed.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with duties performed primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, medical emergencies, fire alarms, environmental hazards, and other emergency situations while following established procedures.
- Coordinate with emergency responders, property management, tenants, and law enforcement when required.
- Complete accurate and detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, occurrence reports, and shift handover documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors with directions, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Proactively de-escalate conflicts, resolve disturbances, and enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Monitor access points and perform routine inspections of building exteriors, parking facilities, and common areas to identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Support the overall safety, security, and positive experience of all occupants and visitors by maintaining situational awareness and responding proactively to potential risk.
Job Qualifications:
- Valid BST (British Columbia) Security License
- Minimum 1 year Security experience
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
- Physically fit and mentally alert
