In this role, you will work closely with the HR and Operations teams while also providing administrative support to various departments across the organization. You will gain exposure to a wide range of business functions and develop valuable skills in a professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR, Operations, Accounting, and Certification departments
- Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to incoming inquiries
- Maintain and update administrative records, business licences, certificates of insurance, databases, directories, and office documentation
- Assist with employee onboarding, including workstation setup and other employee requirements
- Coordinate internal and external shipments between company locations
- Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Support scheduling, filing, document preparation, and data entry
- Assist with maintaining an organized, professional, and efficient workplace
- Support Joint Occupational Health & Safety (JOHS) activities and related administrative tasks
- Coordinate with different departments to support effective communication and workflow
- Assist with employee documentation and general HR administrative processes
- Support additional administrative projects and duties as assigned
