Full-Time Physiotherapist (Bilingual)
Join Ottawa's Newest Centre for Orthopedics, Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy
CORPEO (Centre for Orthopedics, Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy of Eastern Ontario) is looking for full-time physiotherapists to join our brand-new multidisciplinary clinic opening in Gloucester Centre in late August 2026.
CORPEO is redefining orthopedic care in Eastern Ontario by bringing together physiotherapy, orthopaedic surgery, sports medicine, physiatry, bracing, and diagnostic imaging under one roof.
Our team will include all nine Orthopaedic Surgeons from Montfort Hospital, Sports Medicine Physicians, and a Physiatrist. We will also offer custom bracing and, in a first for Ottawa, on-site digital X-ray services.
Our mission is to provide a seamless, patient-centred healthcare experience through close collaboration between healthcare professionals. We are looking for passionate physiotherapists who believe in exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on treatment, and empowering patients through education.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a physiotherapist who is:
- Fully bilingual (English and French).
- Skilled in exercise prescription and manual therapy.
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient-centred care.
- Able to think critically and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Motivated to continually learn and grow professionally.
- A positive team player with excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills.
Preferred Clinical Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
- Orthopedic physiotherapy.
- Exercise prescription.
- Post-operative rehabilitation.
- Manual therapy.
The following are considered strong assets but are not required:
- Acupuncture.
- Dry Needling.
- Vestibular Rehabilitation.
- Concussion Management.
Qualifications
Required
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience.
- Fluency in both English and French.
Preferred
- Membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).
- Membership with the Ontario Physiotherapy Association (OPA).

Schedule
- Monday to Friday.
- Some evening shifts required (no Friday evenings).

Start Date
We are opening in late August 2026 and will begin hiring physiotherapists starting in September 2026, with additional full-time positions becoming available throughout the fall as our clinic continues to grow.
