What the role looks like:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operations of the store while supporting both customers and team members throughout the shift. The Supervisor acts as the lead when management is not present and helps ensure the store runs smoothly, stays organized, and delivers a positive customer experience.
We’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, comfortable leading a team, and able to balance customer service with daily operational responsibilities. This role requires flexibility and availability to work either closings, openings, weekends, weekdays and Statutory holidays.

What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting customers and providing knowledgeable, friendly service
- Supporting team members throughout the shift and assisting with customer concerns
- Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and alarm procedures
- Assisting with shift planning and assigning daily tasks
- Overseeing cash procedures and end-of-day reconciliations
- Receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation
- Monitoring signage, pricing, inventory, and overall store organization
- Following liquor regulations, company policies, and WorkSafeBC standards
- Supporting loss prevention through awareness and customer engagement
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a leadership role would be considered an asset
- Comfortable handling cash, supporting a team, and working independently
- Someone who is reliable, organized, approachable, and leads by example
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, openings, and closings
- Must be 19+ and hold a valid Serving It Right certificate
Working conditions:
On your feet for most of the shift, with regular lifting (up to 25 lbs). This is a physically active role that requires multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced retail environment.

Pay: $21.50-$22.20 per hour
