- Automotive experience or automotive schooling (required)
- Previous experience working at a fast oil change/fast lube (minimum 1 year)
- Mechanically inclined
- A strong desire to learn more about cars
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to retain detailed product information
- Customer service, retail or hospitality experience
- An ability to work with others in a team
- Ability to work weekends
A trained Lube Technician works directly on cars and with customers to provide warranty approved service and maintenance.
You would be expected to perform:
- Oil and filter changes
- Checking and replacing other car fluids. Examples include changing transmission fluids, engine coolant, differential fluid, brake fluids and more.
- Performing basic vehicle inspections
- Replacing air filters, cabin air filters, serpentine belts, fuel filters.
- Performing basic tune-ups
- Rotating, mounting and balancing tires
- Light mechanical repairs, etc.
