At Comox Avenue Dental, our front desk isn't just where patients check in — it's the heartbeat of the whole practice. We're looking for a warm, sharp, self-motivated person to be the first face and voice our patients experience.
You don't need dental experience to apply — if you've built your skills in customer service, hospitality, retail, or any role where people came first, you already have the foundation. We'll teach you the dental side.

What you'll be doing:
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional experience from the first hello
- Manage appointments, confirmations, recalls, and patient communication by phone text, and email.
- Help patients navigate treatment scheduling, insurance coverage, and financial options so they feel confident in their care decisions
- Process insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and payments, and maintain accurate, confidential records
- Keep the front office organized and running smoothly, supporting the clinical team as needed
Who we're looking for:
- An excellent communicator — this is our one non-negotiable. Clear, warm, and confident on the phone, in person, and in writing
- Someone who takes ownership of their day and spots what needs doing before being asked
- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling priorities in a busy environment
- Curious and coachable — you genuinely want to learn new skills and grow
- Strong work ethic and pride in doing things properly
- Dental experience is an asset, but attitude and aptitude matter more to us
