Inverary Golf & Country Club is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Cook to join our team immediately.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work. Our kitchen serves golfers and restaurant guests daily while also preparing large banquet meals for golf tournaments, leagues, and special events throughout the season.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
- Execute large banquet and tournament meals efficiently
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Complete weekly inventory counts
- Prepare and submit regular food orders
- Receive and properly store deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
- Work independently while managing prep and service
- Ensure food costs and waste are kept under control
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or banquet cooking experience required
- Experience preparing meals for large groups is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with inventory management and food ordering
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler Certification is an asset

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
