This isn’t your simple “highball” establishment, we develop high level Mixologists and Chefs who are passionate and driven to CREATE!
16 - 32 hours a week
(2 - 4 evening / late night shifts)
Starting Compensation - $16.00 / hr

- 1-3+ years cocktail bartending experience
Activities and Responsibilities
- Making sure the business is closed to a high standard and the end of the night.
- Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
- Taking part in promotional events.
- Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed.
- Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
Cocktail Bartender Requirements:
- Must love staying up late - Must be more than happy to work at least till 2am on weekends!
- A passion for cocktails!!
- Excellent attention to detail
- High standards of cleanliness
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work late evening/ nightime hours, including weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy items in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment.
