Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Clinic Manager to join us in a dynamic role that encompasses a varied set of responsibilities and includes a wide range of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our organization. As a Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in the operation, acting as both a customer experience coordinator who ensures a seamless patient experience and a medical office assistant in support of our clinicians. You will assist with all aspects of clinic business, from interactions with prospective clients, signing up new members, enthusiastically interacting with existing members, managing patient records and follow-ups, tracking inventory, and purchasing supplies. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and appointments using our booking platform
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and maintaining patient records in our electronic medical records system.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives to promote our services
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience managing a small business, preferably private, fee-based medical clinics offering concierge medicine.
- Impeccable communication skills in English. Must have 10 years of experience working in Canada in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a bonus.
- Prior experience in customer service and sales roles outside of healthcare is highly desired.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for patient care.
