Dynamic Fixturing Inc is a Retail Fixturing Contractor specializing in grocery store renovations across Western Canada.
We are seeking motivated and dependable Finish Carpenter/Millworker candidates with Lead Hand/Foreman experience to lead a team on various projects across the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate must be physically able to carry out all job functions and will thrive in a fast paced work environment.
This position requires the ability to travel and/or work out of town for the duration of the project length which can vary anywhere from 2-4 months. All travel will be arranged by the Company and a daily Live Out Allowance will be provided in addition to regular earnings.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, various aspects of Fixture Installation and Carpentry, along with Millwork Installations.

Experience with Fixture installation is a bonus (setup of cabinets, shelving, warehouse racking, millwork, store displays and signage).
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years in a lead hand/foreman role
- Minimum 5 years Finish Carpentry
- Minimum 5 years Millwork Installation
- Experience with door/window/cabinet installation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
- Motivated and works well independently
- Ability to carry out physical aspect of the job, ie. moderate lifting of materials will be required
- Thrives in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to travel within B.C.
- Fork Lift/Scissor lift Certification is preferred
- First Aid Certification and experience is an asset.
- Experience with residential and retail renovations and fixture installation is a bonus (warehouse racking, store displays and signage)
- Working knowledge of common software and internet applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation to commute to/from job locations and be able to work in Western Canada. You must have all PPE and basic hand tools.
