As a Home Comfort Specialist, your primary responsibility will be helping homeowners choose the right heating and cooling solutions for their homes using our premium heat pump products and support services. This role includes:
- Meeting with homeowners to assess their comfort needs
- Recommending energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions
- Preparing estimates
- Educating customers on available rebate and financing programs
- Building strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism by representing Hot Frost with integrity, honesty and respect at all times.
